Our TOP Package is a One-Stop Solution to quickly setup your new property for tenancy. First, we will perform a defects inspection to identify quality and workmanship issues. Once those are resolved, we will deliver and install curtains, lights and a ceiling fan followed by a thorough cleaning of the unit. Once that’s done, your property is ready for tenancy!

The Handyman Hero TOP Package is designed to help owners quickly prepare their new property for tenancy. Typically for new condominium units, lights and curtains are not provided. So in the TOP package, we ensure that every lighting point in unit is fitted with a light. All the rooms will have a surface mounted LED ceiling light while the kitchen and bathrooms will have LED downlights. If you unit comes with a study, yard, balcony, utility, bomb shelter or walk in closet, we will install a ceiling light there as well.
In the living room and all the bedrooms, we will install day & night curtains. Just choose the colour you prefer and we’ll do the rest.
Finally, if you want complete peace of mind, check out our Home Maintenance Program which provides a one-stop solution for all your rental property maintenance, cleaning and servicing needs. We will handle all the minor repairs for your property as well as quarterly servicing of all the aircon units in the home. Once the tenancy ends, we will go down to dry clean the curtains and do a handover cleaning of the entire home so that the unit is sparkling clean and ready to receive the new tenant.

CLEANING
After all the installation and testing work is completed, we will perform a handover cleaning to prepare the unit for occupation. This involves removing the debris and dust from all surfaces followed by a mopping of all floors and bathrooms.
